ABOUT

As a college undergrad, Leanne switched her major multiple times, and found herself asking who she was and where she was meant to be. The answer came to her shortly after enrolling in a foundations of Life Coaching course.

Originally from Kokomo, Indiana, Leanne finished her Bachelors of Arts in Youth Ministry and Adolescent Studies from Judson University, in Elgin, Illinois. While in college, she met her husband, José. Together, the pair ventured Westward to Des Moines, Iowa — where they lived for four great years — before returning to Indiana. Upon their return to Indiana, Leanne began a career at Anderson University, helping middle- and high-school students prepare for college.

“I want my clients to find a strong sense of confidence in who they are, and where they are going.”
In 2013, the Torres family — which consisted of two more, Eleana and José Jr. — relocated to the Noblesville area, and Leanne took a position as a Life Coach with The Excel Center. While working at The Excel Center, Leanne supported and guided adults who decided to go back to school to earn their high school diploma. During this time, Leanne also took on the challenge of earning her own master’s degree — all while working full time, and being a wife and mother-of-two.

Now having completed her master’s in Student Development Counseling and Administrating from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Life Coaching Certification through Lark’s Song Academy, Torres brings the same dedication and tenacity that helped her find her calling to helping others find their life’s purpose.

Passionate about student success, Leanne coaches students using the Gallup’s Strengths Finder, and is certified in administering the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory assessments.
